How do we ship our products?
Our products are shipped by standard shipping first class
and insured to destinations in the continental United
States.

specialists will be glad to assist you.
Do you offer overnight delivery?
Yes. You can choose FEDEX Overnight for an additional
charge. To receive overnight shipping you MUST let us
know when you place your order. The order will be shipped
ASAP. We will let you know of the additional charge
when we ship your order.
Ordering Information
Payment may be by Visa, Master Card, American Express,
Discover and Money Order. You may order online, or call
985-809-1221. We will acknowledge every order within
24 hours and try to ship your order within 3 to 5 business
days or as requested.
When my credit card will be charged?
Credit card accounts are billed at the time of shipment.
For best service, please include a daytime telephone
number in case there are questions pertaining to your
order.
Can I send an order to a country other than the
United States?
Yes. Additional charge will apply for International
shipping.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will leave our distribution center in Covington,
Louisiana within two to three working days. Your order
should be on your doorstep within seven working days,
or within ten working days from when you placed your
order. During irregular shipping hours or holidays,
it may take a little longer to receive your package.
Can I change my order after I submit it?
We process orders very quickly. If you need to make
a change please call customer service at 985-809-1221
as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate
your request.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We always want to ensure our customer's satisfaction,
so every item we make is 100% guaranteed. All claims
on returns must be made within 5 days of the shipment's
arrival.
Credit for returns is issued only if merchandise is
in good and re-saleable condition and listed in the
current catalog. To receive a credit refund, enclose
a copy of the invoice with instructions on how to handle
the return. Let us know if you would like a replacement
or credit.
A minimum 20% handling charge will be deducted on
returned merchandise credits. Freight claims are the
responsibility of the bill of lading consignee. Please
contact your freight carrier regarding damaged or missing
goods, unless the freight claim filed by the consignee
determines that the shortage or damage is the fault
of EverythingLouisiana.com
All returns must be authorized by EverythingLouisiana.com
